Business & workwear

A smart-looking team, every week, with no admin

Weekly uniform ironing for small businesses across West Yorkshire. A fixed collection day, garments returned on a rail sorted by staff member, and one invoice at the end of the month.

Who we look after

Four kinds of business already on the round

Small teams whose staff are customer-facing every day, and for whom a creased tunic is a genuine problem rather than a minor annoyance.

Salons & barbers

Black tunics, aprons and gowns for teams of three to ten. Collected on a quiet morning and back before the weekend rush.

Cafés & kitchens

Chef whites, front-of-house shirts and aprons. Whites are pressed separately from colours and collars are done by hand.

Care & healthcare

Tunics and scrubs for small care teams and private practices, turned round quickly so nobody is short of a clean set.

Trades & site teams

Polos, work shirts and branded hi-vis. Heavy-wear fabrics are pressed on a lower heat so printed logos are not damaged.

The weekly account

What an account changes

Ad-hoc bookings work fine for a household. For a business they become another thing to remember on a Monday morning. An account removes the decision entirely.

A weekly workwear collection being loaded, with garment bags labelled by business

A fixed day, every week

You choose the collection day when the account is set up and it does not move. No booking, no reminders, no chasing — the bag simply goes and comes back.

Sorted and labelled by staff member

Orders come back on a rail with each person's garments grouped and tagged, so nobody is rummaging through a shared pile before a shift.

One invoice a month

Weekly counts are logged and totalled into a single itemised invoice at month end. Far easier for bookkeeping than a dozen doorstep payments.

Priority in busy weeks

Account customers are slotted into the round before ad-hoc bookings, which matters in December and through the summer holidays.

What it costs a business

Same rates as households — the difference is how you are billed.

Collection & delivery

Within 5 miles

Businesses sending consistently high weekly volumes — typically forty or more items — are quoted individually. Ring Chris with your staff numbers for a realistic figure rather than a guess.

Getting set up

From first call to running account in a fortnight

A ten-minute conversation

How many staff, what they wear, and how quickly a clean set is needed. That is usually enough to work out volumes and the right collection day.

A trial fortnight

Two weeks at standard item rates, no commitment. It tells us both whether the volumes and the timings actually work in practice.

The account opens

A fixed day is confirmed, labels are set up per staff member, and billing moves to monthly. Most accounts settle into a routine within a month.

Business customers

From two local accounts

Six stylists, six sets of blacks, every single week. It comes back sorted and labelled by name so the girls just grab theirs. One invoice at the end of the month and I never have to think about it. Best decision I made for the salon.

Customer for 3 years
As a chef my whites take a hammering and I could never get the collars right. They come back properly crisp every week. Chris also spotted a seam starting to go on one jacket and let me know before it became a problem.

Account questions

What business owners ask first

No. Accounts run from single-handed tradespeople up to teams of around a dozen, which is roughly the practical ceiling for a one-person service. Below about four staff most businesses find the standard household bundle works out just as well.

Other services accounts use

Several business customers add bedding for staff accommodation or guest rooms alongside the weekly uniform run.
