What counts as a set
A set means the bedding from one bed, collected together. Send two beds and it is two sets — the sizes do not have to match.

Extra pillowcases beyond the set, spare sheets and small tablecloths are charged as standard items at 50p each.
King and super king are charged at the double rate. There is no premium for a bigger bed — it simply takes a little longer.
How a duvet cover is actually pressed
Bedding goes on first thing, while there is clear space either side of the board and the iron is at full heat. A double cover is worked in quarters: the cover is laid flat, one section pressed, then drawn across so the finished section falls clear rather than creasing under its own weight.
Fitted sheets are the job people dread most. The elasticated corners are tucked in on themselves first so the sheet sits genuinely flat, then it is pressed in quarters like the cover. It comes back as a proper square rather than the usual bundle.
Everything from one bed is folded together at the end — cover, sheet and pillowcases in a single stack — and sized to sit straight on a standard airing cupboard shelf without being refolded.
Changeover bedding, turned round between guests
Short-let changeovers are one of the busiest parts of this service through the summer. Beds photograph badly when the linen is creased, and guests notice it in the first ten seconds of walking in.
