Your postcode, roughly what needs doing, and when you need it back. For business accounts, add your staff numbers and the type of garments. That is enough for a realistic figure rather than a vague range.

Can I visit in person?

There is no shopfront — this is a home-run service, so everything happens at your door rather than ours. A few customers who pass by on their commute prefer to hand over in person, which can be arranged with a phone call.

What to expect when you contact us

Phone calls are usually answered on the spot during working hours, or returned within an hour or two if the iron is on. Emails and enquiry forms are answered the same day, seven days a week. Anything that lands late in the evening is picked up first thing the next morning.
