Six steps, and only two of them are yours
Booking takes about two minutes and leaving the bag out takes ten seconds. Everything between those two moments is handled for you.
- 01
You book a window
Two minutesUse the booking form, send a message, or ring. You give an address and a day that suits. A one-hour collection window comes back by text or phone the same day.
- No account to create and no card details taken
- No need to count anything — that is done here at the board
- Standing weekly slots available if you would rather not book each time

- 02
You leave the bag out
Ten secondsEverything clean, dry and in one bag or tub. You do not need to be home for the collection — nominate a porch, a shed, behind a gate or a neighbour. Delivery is different: your finished ironing is always handed to you.
- A bin bag, laundry bag or plastic tub all work fine
- Nothing to count or list — just leave the bag out
- Flag anything delicate or stubbornly creased

- 03
We collect and press
On the morning roundA text goes out roughly twenty minutes before arrival. The bag is picked up and brought back to the board, where everything is counted properly and checked for anything damp or unsuitable.
- Anything unsuitable is set aside and never charged for
- You are called with the price once the ironing is done
- Collections run from 9am; the 10am cut-off applies for next-day

- 04
Everything is pressed by hand
The same daySorted by fabric so nothing waits behind a load needing a different heat. Each garment is pressed to its care label and folded as it is finished, rather than stacking up and creasing again.
- Cottons hot and firm, blends cooler with more steam
- Collars, cuffs and plackets done separately
- Delicates steamed rather than pressed

- 05
Checked and delivered to you
The next morningThe finished order is checked back against its count, then you get a call with the price and a delivery time that suits you. It is handed to you at the door — never left outside or in a safe place.
- Clothing pressed and folded, ready for the wardrobe
- Bedding pressed flat and folded by set
- Business orders sorted and labelled by staff member

- 06
You pay once you are happy
At the doorNothing is taken up front. Cash on delivery or a bank transfer the same day, whichever suits. Business accounts are invoiced monthly instead.
- No card details held at any point
- First orders take 10% off automatically
- Packaging collected back next time

You will hear from us four times
Not being told what is happening is the most common complaint people have about collection services. These four messages fix that.
When you book
Confirmation of your day and one-hour window
20 minutes before
A text to say we are on the way
Once it is pressed
A call with your item count, price and a delivery time
On delivery
Handed to you at the door, never left outside

What is different about the first collection
Only three things, and all of them happen once.
- A slightly longer chat on the doorstepTwo or three minutes to agree a safe place for collection, check how you like things returned, and note anything that needs particular care.
- The 10% discount appliedTaken off the total automatically. You do not need a code — just mention it or tick the box on the booking form.
- A follow-up after deliveryA short message a day or two later to check the finish was right. It is the fastest way to fix a preference before it becomes a habit.

That is genuinely all there is to it
Book a window, leave the bag out, and get it back tomorrow. Ring Chris on 07979 502210 if you would rather talk it through.
